Õppekorralduse alused – AConsultIT Academy (AConsultIT OÜ, registry code 17431974). Version 1.1, effective 14 September 2026.

1. General

AConsultIT Academy is the continuing education (täienduskoolitus) brand of AConsultIT OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe, Tallinn 15551, Estonia. These rules apply to all learners enrolling in courses published at academy.aconsultit.com. Training is provided on the basis of economic activity notice (majandustegevusteade) no. 262575 in the Estonian Education Information System (EHIS), valid from 14 September 2026 for an indefinite period (EHIS institution ID 2165852) — verify in the public EHIS register ↗. Our courses do not constitute state accreditation, a university degree or a regulated professional qualification.

2. Admission and enrolment

Learners enrol in a specified course through the Academy website. Before purchase, each course page states the curriculum, the responsible trainer, the online learning environment, the price and other costs, payment terms and refund conditions. Admission depends on the published entry conditions of the course (if none are stated, the course has no prerequisites). Enrolment is completed by payment via Stripe; access to the course is activated immediately after successful payment and has no fixed expiry date.

3. Study organisation and learner support

Courses are delivered fully online using recorded content studied at the learner's own pace. The learning environment includes an AI study assistant, embedded quizzes and examinations, and practical labs, projects or support tickets as applicable to the course. Recorded video is approximately 5–6 clock hours per course. The total curriculum volume, expressed in academic hours (1 academic hour = 45 minutes), also includes required practical work, assessments and other defined learning activities and is stated in each curriculum.

Content is created with AI assistance and remains under the content and quality responsibility of the trainer. AI assistance during learning does not itself demonstrate the learner's achievement; assessments must be completed by the learner personally.

Technical requirements: a computer with a current web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari), a stable internet connection and audio output. Some labs may require the ability to install free software on the learner's own device; this is stated on the course page.

Support: academy@aconsultit.com · +372 5695 3778. Learners who score below 60% in an assessment attend two support/review sessions (EUR 50 per hour; duration depends on the learner's level) before reassessment. See the Assessment and Certificates policy.

4. Fees, payment and additional costs

Course prices are published on the website and are paid in full at enrolment through Stripe. Additional costs, where applicable: support/review sessions EUR 50 per hour; reassessment after the two required support sessions EUR 100 per attempt, with unlimited attempts.

5. Refunds, withdrawal and provider cancellation

Refund: a learner may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, including after accessing the course content. Requests are sent to academy@aconsultit.com; refunds are processed within 14 days of the request to the original payment method.

Withdrawal: after the 14-day period a learner may withdraw at any time by e-mail to academy@aconsultit.com. No refund is due; the learner's access to the purchased course content remains active.

Exclusion: the Academy may end a learner's access for serious breach of these rules, for example sharing account access or course materials with third parties, or for attempting to falsify assessment results. The learner is notified by e-mail.

Provider cancellation: if the Academy withdraws a course before the learner has completed it, learners who enrolled within the preceding 12 months and have not completed the course are offered an equivalent course or a proportional refund.

6. Questions, complaints and assessment reviews

Questions, complaints and requests to review an assessment result are sent to academy@aconsultit.com and are handled by Amir Hanna, management board member and person responsible for quality. Assessment review requests must identify the course, the assessment and the issue. We reply within 10 working days. Learner feedback and complaints are part of the six-month quality review described in the Quality Assurance policy.

7. Personal data

Learner data is processed only for enrolment, delivery of the course, assessment, issuing of completion documents and statutory reporting. Certificates and statements of participation contain the learner's name and personal identification code or date of birth as required by the Estonian continuing education standard.
