Assessment, reassessment and completion documents – AConsultIT Academy (AConsultIT OÜ, registry code 17431974). Version 1.1, effective 14 September 2026.
Assessment uses the quizzes and examinations embedded in the course and the required practical tasks (labs, projects or support tickets) specified in the curriculum. Each curriculum identifies its assessed learning outcomes, assessment methods, marking criteria and the components included in the final score. Assessments must be completed by the learner personally; the AI study assistant may be used while learning but not to answer examination questions.
The minimum passing score is 70%. A certificate of completion is issued only when the learner has completed the required curriculum components and assessment establishes that every learning outcome required for completion has been achieved. An overall score of 70% alone cannot compensate for a required learning outcome that has not been achieved.
| Recorded result | Action |
|---|---|
| 70% or above | Pass, subject to completion of required components and all required learning outcomes. |
| 65% – 69% | Two additional assessment attempts. |
| 60% – 64% | One additional assessment attempt. |
| Below 60% | Two support/review sessions (EUR 50 per hour) are required before reassessment. Thereafter attempts are unlimited at EUR 100 per attempt. |
Scores are recorded as whole percentages, rounded to the nearest whole number. The result of each attempt and the learning outcomes requiring further work are recorded. For results below 60%, attendance at both support/review sessions and the topics reviewed are recorded before reassessment is allowed.
Certificate of completion (tunnistus) is issued when the required learning outcomes have been assessed and all have been achieved.
Statement of participation (tõend) is issued when learning outcomes were not assessed or the learner did not achieve all outcomes required for completion. It states the actual participation and training volume.
Both documents contain: the learner's name and personal identification code (or date of birth if there is no such code); the provider's name and registry code; the EHIS economic activity notice number (262575, public register ↗); the curriculum title; the training period and volume in academic hours; the country and date of issue; the document number; and the trainer's name. A certificate or its annex also records the achieved learning outcomes and their assessment methods.
Documents are issued electronically, numbered and registered by the Academy, and signed by Amir Hanna. Every issued document can be verified through the Academy's certificate verification page; the verifier is AConsultIT Academy. Corrections, replacements and revocations are recorded in the certificate register.
Academy documents certify continuing education and the documented learning achievement or participation. They do not claim state accreditation, a degree, a micro-qualification, an Estonian qualification-framework level, a vendor certification or automatic equivalence to a qualification in another country. Course labels such as "L1" and "L2" are the Academy's own course levels and are not Estonian qualification levels.
