1. Quality of curricula and content

Each curriculum states its purpose, learning outcomes, target group and entry conditions, total volume in academic hours (contact study, independent study and practical work shown separately), learning environment and materials, assessment methods and criteria, completion requirements and the trainer. Curricula are prepared in accordance with the Estonian Adult Education Act and the continuing education standard.

AConsultIT Academy reviews content and training quality every six months. The review considers developments in the IT and AI market, learner feedback and evaluations, complaints and observations, assessment performance, and the continued suitability of practical activities. It covers curriculum content and outcomes, recorded lessons and AI-assisted materials, assessment questions, labs, projects, tickets and the digital learning environment. Corrections and updates are recorded with a responsible person, date and course version. Content that has not passed the release review remains under development and is not sold as a complete course.

2. Quality of the learning environment

Training takes place online at academy.aconsultit.com. The platform provides recorded lessons, an AI study assistant, quizzes and examinations, lab environments and a support channel. Access to purchased courses has no fixed expiry. Availability, security and backups of the platform are monitored by the provider.

3. Trainers

Trainers must have professional competence in the subject taught and competence in educating adults. Technical experience alone is not treated as a completed competence assessment. For every trainer, including the lead trainer, the Academy reviews relevant experience and supporting records, conducts an internal technical assessment, and assesses teaching through a demonstration lesson (accuracy, clarity, communication with adult learners, feedback, ability to support learning). Learner evaluations contribute to ongoing trainer review.

Lead trainer: Amir Hanna – management board member of AConsultIT OÜ, approximately 20 years of practical IT experience in IT support, system administration and software development, and experience delivering IT Support and programming courses to adult learners. He is responsible for the technical content of AI-assisted courses, for quality, and for signing certificates.

4. Learner feedback

At the end of each course learners evaluate the course content, the learning environment and the trainer or person responsible for the recorded content. Feedback is collected through the platform and by e-mail, analysed in the six-month review and used to improve courses. Complaints are handled as described in the Study Organisation Rules.

5. Responsibility
